RED NIGHT

Privacy information

We handle registration details discreetly. Here is how the website uses the information you provide.

Party applications

When you apply, we collect both names, an email address, phone number, your introduction, a photo together, the selected party and your chosen language. RED NIGHT organizers use this information to review applications, plan the party, contact you about the outcome and, if you request it, help you apply again using an earlier application. Organizers can open applications and photos; you can also view your own information in your private account. These details are not published on the website.

We use your phone number only to contact you about the party. A submitted application does not guarantee a place. Application and photo records remain available to organizers until deleted in the admin panel; the website does not currently delete them automatically after a fixed period. You can ask us to delete them earlier.

You may optionally provide your partner’s email with their permission so they receive a separate information copy about your application, payment and party. This remains one application for the couple, with a shared payment reference. Private application management links are sent only to the primary address. The partner’s address is not automatically subscribed to newsletters. Organizers can correct or remove the additional address at your request.

Red Night Space and invitations

Signing in with a one-time link sent to your primary registration email creates a private couple profile. Your registrations are linked by that verified email. The sign-in link expires after 15 minutes; the session cookie lasts up to 7 days. Signing out revokes the session. Profile changes are used for future applications and do not change earlier applications. Account pages do not load Google Analytics.

An invitation link stores a referral code and random browser identifier for up to 30 days to attribute a new couple's application. The inviter sees aggregate visits, registrations, approvals and attendance, but no referred couple identities. Organizers can see the referring and referred couples. A couple counts once after attendance is recorded. Profile and referral records remain until deleted; contact us to request deletion. Removing event applications does not by itself delete your separate profile.

Optional Telegram notifications

If enabled, you can link your Telegram in your private account. You must start the bot and confirm the connection on the website. We store the chat identifier, language and confirmation time to deliver notifications. A Telegram username or first name is temporarily used to confirm the connection. Notifications contain a short alert and a website link, without application names, photos, amounts or the event address. Telegram processes the messages under its own privacy policy. This does not subscribe you to marketing messages. You can disconnect in your account or send /stop to the bot; email delivery continues. Delivery logs are removed after 30 days during the next scheduled notification check.

Event updates

If you subscribe separately, we store your email, preferred language and subscription time to send announcements about new parties. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future announcements.

Service providers and statistics

The website uses hosting and data storage services, an email delivery service and Google Analytics for website statistics. Those services may process technical data needed to provide their functions. Your application photo is not used in public pages or event announcements.

To improve the registration form, we record its progress: a first change, reaching the contact details step and successful submission. This separate statistic contains a random attempt code, the party, the furthest step reached and timestamps, without form contents, contact details, photos or IP addresses. The code stays only in the open page's memory; this feature does not add cookies or send these steps to Google Analytics. Organizers see aggregate counts for the last 90 days. Older attempt records are deleted when the next progress record is received.

Your requests

You can ask to view, correct or delete your application by replying to an email received from RED NIGHT or using the same contact channel through which you communicated with the organizers. Mention the email address used to apply and the party; we may verify your request before acting. You can also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate about personal data processing.
